Police Station Attendances

If you have been arrested and released on bail by the Police this means that the Police have not completed their investigations and have released you to return to the police station at an agreed date. You must return to the police station on that date, if you fail to do so this is a criminal offence.
If this is the case, you should certainly contact us if you did not have a solicitor at the police station. You may well be interviewed again on your return to the police station. The police could in fact bail you again without interviewing you further. You have a choice as to whether you agree to be bailed or not. If you refuse they must charge you or release you.
We can discuss these issues with you and advise you as to the appropriate course of action. We have a team of solicitors and accreditated representatives, all experienced in representing clients in the police station.
Any one who is in the police station, whatever their means, is entitled to free representation.
