All cases start in the Magistrates' Court but more serious cases can go on to the Crown Court. The more serious the case the more likely it is that it will be transferred straight from the Magistrates Court to the Crown Court.
In many instances there is a decision to be made as to whether you want to take your case to the Crown Court and we can advise you as to your best course of action.
When the case is transferred to the Crown Court, we have a team of four Crown Court representatives who will liaise with you and the barrister that is selected as being most appropriate for your case.
